Instructions
- Start by dissolving the yeast in warm milk in a large bowl.
- Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, flour, and salt. Knead the mixture into a soft, pliable dough.
- Allow the dough to rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.
- Once risen, roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the softened butter over the dough, then evenly sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking pan and let them rise again until doubled.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
