  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter, plus extra for greasing

  • Powdered sugar, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and eggs. Mix well.
  2. Gradually add the milk and water, stirring continuously, until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Stir in the salt, melted butter, and vanilla extract until the batter is homogeneous.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Pour or scoop about 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle, tilting the pan to spread the batter evenly.
  6. Cook for about 2 minutes until the bottom is lightly browned, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Spread chocolate over one half of the crepe, fold in half, and then again to quarter.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with powdered sugar and fresh berries.
