Dive into the ultimate indulgence with our Reese’s Peanut Butter Cheesecake recipe, a perfect blend of chocolate and peanut butter bliss.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Add eggs to the mixture one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next.
- Fold in 1 cup of chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups gently.
- Carefully pour the filling over the prepared crust, smoothing out the top for an even finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the edges have turned a light golden brown.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then run a knife around the edge to loosen it from the pan. Let it cool for an additional hour before refrigerating overnight.
Notes
- Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it’s hot but not boiling.
- Place the chocolate chips in a bowl and pour the hot cream over them. Stir until the chocolate has melted completely and the mixture is smooth.
- Spread the chocolate ganache over the chilled cheesecake.
- Garnish with the remaining chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
