  • 2 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  4. Add eggs to the mixture one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups gently.
